hi, I'm Jen

I understand that life can feel stormy, unpredictable and overwhelming, but you don't have to weather it alone. I am a qualified integrative therapist and registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy. I provide a compassionate and supportive environment, where you are free to explore your feelings and work towards healing and growth. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma or relationship issues, I am committed to navigating life's stormy seas with you, to hold the hope and the belief that there is a better world beyond the horizon.
